Easter Vigil

The celebration of Easter begins after sunset. At the Mass, the new Paschal candle is prepared. Catechumens and candidates are presented, the baptismal water is blessed and those seeking Baptism are baptized. Those already baptized who are asking to come into the church are then confirmed and receive the Eucharist.
