Bishop David Toups is pleased to announce that Jeffery Penning has been named director of Christ Central Camp. Penning began in this position on March 6. Penning is a native of Southeast Texas and attended St. Mary School, Orange, St. Anne School, Beaumont and graduated from Msgr. Kelly Catholic High School. He graduated from Texas State University, where he was active in a Catholic fraternity, with a degree in business management and an emphasis in human relations.
