Beaumont delegates address issues with legislators during Advocacy Day

Delegates from the Diocese of Beaumont and from across the state gathered in Austin at the Texas Capitol March 26 to address issues that are important to Texas Catholics by visiting with their local legislators during Advocacy Day. Organized by the Texas Conference of Catholic Bishops, the event served as an opportunity to seek support for legislative action to support life and family life, private school student protection, education and bail reform.
