Friday morning started with daily Mass celebrated by Father Shane Baxter and great music by the house band. Sean Bulova was the morning keynote. He told everyone Bible stories with a little different twist! Instead of the prodigal son – it was a prodigal daughter. And he got youth from the audience to participate as the family, servants and even pigs. He also reminded the teens that they are all God’s artwork and are precious.
Another round of workshops followed. This session included one with our own Bishop Curtis Guillory. The teens got an opportunity to ask a variety of questions from if he has to make hard decisions to what he fears the most, from his family to where all has he traveled.
