Part-time Secretary/ Bookkeeper

Alumni Relations/Database Manager

Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Alumni Relations/Database Manager. Responsibilities include building and sustaining strong institutional relationships with Msgr. Kelly Catholic High School graduates through personal contacts and electronic/print communications. Assistant Director Community Development

The Diocese of Beaumont is seeking an Assistant Director of Community Development to represent the diocese by working with the Director on efforts to promote, foster, and educate new communities especially Hispanic Catholics on the understanding of stewardship, philanthropy, catechesis, and development in regard to the institutional Church. Interested party must be in good standing and an active participant in the work of the Catholic Church, possess good leadership skills, and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or other degree related to the promotion of development and/or stewardship. Individual must be a self-starter, service oriented, able to deal with multiple tasks, have skills in program design, and be able to work and communicate both verbally and in written form effectively with people of various ages, backgrounds and cultures, collaborate as a team member and maintain confidentiality. Candidates must have excellent bilingual skills in Spanish/English both written and oral and be proficient in translation Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
