The Human Resource Department manages human resource activities including employment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. The department works with all diocesan entities to ensure that policies comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Additionally, the Human Resource Department is responsible for the administration of insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation and other benefit programs.
